Benedictes worst nightmare is one grandmother that gets dissapointed. Picture a grandmother opening her mailbox with no #lillygram. No printed photo of grandchildren for her. She will have to go back into the house empty handed.
What can be the reason to cause such a delay?
In her mind Benedicte has a clear picture of how the #lillygrams will look. She refuses to send out a product that does not live up to her standards of quality. She will have to find another machine and print out one more time, until the quality is satisfactory. The solution seems to be to START with the best printing machine she knows of. Lilly´s very own magical monster machine, Little Lilly!
Lille Lilly prints the exact right quality. The problem is that Lille Lilly have mood swings. Benedcite knows she cannot mention this in front of Lilly or Lille Lilly, but the enormous machine has an enormous ego. Treacherous comes to mind. Evil might be to strong a word, but Benedicte suspects Lille Lilly not to care that much about people. The only person Lille Lilly cares about is Lilly. Might Lille Lilly just refuse to print the #lillygrams?
Benedicte is anxious about tomorrow. Tomorrow is the day her team will put her most important service to date into production. For the first time it is a non-digital service. Photos on paper, not pixels on a screen.
